This system has really outdone itself with a connectivity boost that's way better than I ever imagined. Initially, I faced some challenges since I tried to keep the external antenna indoors. Living in a rough neighborhood didn’t help either. The internal antenna that came with the kit wasn’t doing its job right, maybe it was something I messed up. But the support crew was awesome; they sent me a booster internal antenna to use in areas where the signal was weak, which was definitely my case. Most of the time, I was stuck on 3G, and when it switched to 4G, it was actually slower, not quicker. I rarely managed to download anything faster than 1 Mbps. I won’t bore you with all the details, but just yesterday morning, I ran a speed test on Google and got 16.5 Mbps for downloads and 5.44 Mbps for uploads. It’s pretty incredible, although those speeds can dip during peak times or when the weather’s not great. But honestly, I don’t notice any difference now. My browser is always speedy, and I never find myself waiting around. The support team was top-notch, responding quickly to my inquiries and doing everything they could to assist me.

The owner seems to be all about the cash, so it's best to steer clear of folks like this.

Being a newbie in this area, all my queries were addressed quickly and in a professional manner, plus I got some reassurances before I made my purchase. When the unit and its kit showed up, Mariana from Mobile-Signal-Boosters guided me on the best way to set it up and configure it, and this support continued for a while. Personally, I received a ton of after-sales help because, unfortunately, there were issues with the mobile provider that were out of Mobile-Signal-Boosters' hands. Since this was clearly beyond their control, Marina thought a full refund was the right move, and that’s exactly what went down. It’s really nice to see a company that puts in so much effort to make sure their customers are happy.

Fantastic folks to work with. My first aerial and booster didn’t quite cut it due to the odd frequencies in my countryside area. They provided a new frequency booster along with an upgraded aerial and cable - everything's working perfectly now. I had to return the original booster to China, which was a hassle and set me back £22, but the instructions I received were top-notch, making it all worthwhile for the excellent outcome.

I've been dealing with a weak mobile signal at home for ages, and while my broadband's been solid, mobile calls were a real hassle, making things kinda awkward. After chatting with the folks at the MSB shop, they suggested I install a 4G Booster Nikrans LCD-300GD. It showed up pretty quickly, and I managed to set up the antenna on the roof myself (got it pointed just right) and connected it to the box in my office, super simple! The difference was instant; calls are now crystal clear and no more dropouts. Plus, Alex has been fantastic with after-sales support, helping me boost the signal even more. When my package showed up, I found two internal aerials instead of one internal and one external. I reached out to the support team, and they quickly set up a replacement aerial to be sent out right away.

Absolutely worth the investment. I purchased the Nikrans LCD250-4G-D 4G/LTE Repeater. Living way out in the sticks, there's hardly any phone signal outside, and none at all inside. EE discontinued the Signal Box service back in June 2022. I got this in mid-July 2022, and my signal issues are now history. FedEx delivered it in just three days. It worked perfectly right from the start. I'd recommend checking out the nearest phone tower before you set this up. It really helps to aim the external antenna in the right direction. I can't find a single fault with it; the call quality is just incredible, I swear.

I ordered a booster and needed some guidance beforehand. Catherine was super helpful and even suggested swapping the booster if I got the wrong one (of course, we’d have to cover the extra cost if the new one was pricier).
